Welcome to the Cornerstone Inn, a quaint country inn located on the
outskirts of Gatlinburg, near the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts
Community and within 5 miles of the Greenbrier entrance to the National Park.
Nestled in the midst of the mountains, guests can view the rising sun
from the 50 foot front porch and relax in wicker rockers and swings
while watching hummingbirds feed and rabbits at play.
This charming inn is decorated with antiques of yesteryear. A great
room with wood-burning fireplace, dining area and kitchen are
available for guests to enjoy.
Each morning guests awake to the aroma of a southern style country
breakfast specially prepared by your hosts Kay & Don Cooper. The morning
sounds of chirping birds and musical wind chimes herald the dawning
of a new day as guests gather on the screened-in back porch. In the
evening, guests may enjoy homebaked desserts and beverages on the
back porch as they watch the sun set over the mountains.
Fresh country air and the peace & quiet of the mountains are available for your enjoyment as you arrive at this 6 acres of paradise. Kay & Don truly have the gift of hospitality and work hard thinking up ways to make your visit satisfying. Be sure and check out the beautiful gazebo & the 4 yard benches for mediation & quiet time.
Sanity is guaranteed to return as you relax in this peaceful atmosphere of antiques, mountain charm, fine art & love. The warmly appointed great room, guest kitchen and each guest bedroom could have come from the pages of "Southern Living". Small details like homemade chocolate chip cookies, pillow mints, down comforters and angel memorabilia throughout the Inn will keep you smiling at every turn.
